    Ocean Prints embroiders logos onto workwear, uniforms, caps and hi-vis at our studio in Houldsworth Mill, Reddish, Stockport. Every logo is digitised and stitched in-house on Tajima multi-head embroidery machines, and you approve a proof before anything is stitched.

    Where your logo can go

    The usual positions are left chest, right chest, sleeves and the back. Caps are embroidered on the front panel. We will advise on size and position when we send your proof.

    How it works

    1. Send your logo. A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best. If you only have a JPG or PNG, we can redraw it.
    2. We digitise it. Your logo is turned into a stitch file. Once it is digitised, the same file is used for repeat orders, so your logo looks the same every time.
    3. Approve the proof. You see the position, size and thread colours before we stitch anything.
    4. We stitch and send. Collect from Houldsworth Mill or have your order delivered anywhere in the UK.

    Embroidery or print?

    Embroidery suits workwear, polos, caps and small chest logos: it is hard-wearing and looks smart. For large designs, full-colour artwork or big back prints, printing is usually the better choice. See t-shirt and hoodie printing or DTF transfers.

    We are based at Unit G-15, Room 19, Houldsworth Mill, Houldsworth Street, Reddish, Stockport SK5 6DA, open Monday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm. Local customers can collect from the studio; everyone else gets UK delivery.

    Embroidery FAQs

    Can you embroider hi-vis?

    Yes. We place logos away from the reflective tape so the garment keeps doing its job.

    What file do I need to send?

    A vector logo is ideal. If you only have an image file, send it anyway and we will tell you if it needs redrawing.

    Can I mix garments in one order?

    Yes. Polos, hoodies, jackets and caps can all carry the same logo in one order.

    How long does it take?

    It depends on quantity and garment stock. We confirm your date with the proof.
