Ocean Prints prints ready-to-press DTF (direct-to-film) gang sheets at Houldsworth Mill, Stockport. Each sheet is 560mm x 1000mm and costs £9.99 + VAT. Fill it with as many designs as fit, upload your PDF, and we print it with a 48-hour turnaround.
What is DTF?
DTF printing puts your design onto a film with an adhesive layer. You heat-press the transfer onto the garment, and the print stays bright and flexible. It works on cotton, polyester and blends, in dark and light colours, with no minimum order and no screens to set up.
How to build a gang sheet
- Set up a page 560mm wide and 1000mm long.
- Place your designs at the size you want them printed, leaving a small gap between each one.
- Export it as a PDF. Our online upload accepts PDF files only.
- Upload it on the DTF gang sheets page and choose how many sheets you need.
